    Our development team will be adding additional SIP servers to our infrastructure to accommodate customer growth.

    This is planned as a no-downtime operation, so service should remain uninterrupted.


    Important: If you or your customers use a managed firewall that requires whitelisting for VoIP traffic, please contact support@primevox.net to request a list of the new IP addresses associated with these upgrades.
